I’m Sam and for over 20 years, I recruited for some of the most creative companies in the world. That experience gives me unique insights into the hiring process from the inside.
I am also a Mom of three daughters. I know first hand the struggle of supporting young adults who insist they don’t need our help.
I combine the knowledge from recruiting with personalized coaching to support emerging creatives to discover what they want to do and to create a MAP to find it.

My son, a recent graduate with a B.A. in Marketing, was struggling to land a job in the advertising industry. His current employer wanted to relocate him upon completing the sales management training program. The pressure was on to find a career in the field he wanted. Christmas was coming.
