Your Career Compass reserves the right to remove content, suspend participation, or terminate membership if these standards are violated.

Membership termination resulting from violations of these Terms does not entitle the member to a refund.

6. Confidentiality

Your Career Compass encourages an environment of trust and mutual respect.

Members are expected to treat personal stories, career discussions, job search information, coaching conversations, and other sensitive information shared within the community as confidential.

If content prominently features an individual member discussing personal career circumstances beyond ordinary participation, we will generally request additional permission before using that content publicly.

Private Career Guide Conversations

Private one-to-one Career Guide Conversations are confidential and are not recorded by Your Career Compass.

Neither participants nor Career Guides may record a private Guide Conversation without the express consent of both parties.

If both parties agree to record a session, the recording is intended solely for personal reference and may not be copied, distributed, published, or shared without the written permission of both the participant and the Career Guide.
