Frequently Asked Questions

Let’s take the guesswork out of getting started. Here are answers to some of the most common questions about coaching, pricing, and how this all works.

What is career coaching and how can you help me achieve my goals?

I offer a highly specialized and unique approach to career coaching. As an ICF Certified Coach, trained through Brown University ACT Program, I have completed accredited training ,logged significant coaching hours and adhere to strict ethical standards. I combine that with 25+ years of experience as a recruiter for top creative companies like Apple, Google, Wieden+Kennedy, Lyft, BBDO, Ogilvy, and Coca-Cola with expert Leadership and Career Coaching

Combining insider hiring expertise with transformational coaching—helping you uncover your values, strengths, and purpose, while also teaching you how to position yourself for the roles you want.

This blend of career discovery and recruiter insight creates a coaching experience that’s uniquely tailored to you—and unlike anything you’ll find in a generic coaching program or college career center

Do you specialize in helping people in certain industries or career stages?

Yes. I’ve spent my career supporting talent across creative industries—advertising, design, branding, marketing, entertainment, and tech, music, theater.

I work with early-career professionals, career pivoters, and senior leaders alike, helping each person clarify where they’ll thrive and how to get there.

That said, the strategies and tools I use are applicable beyond creative fields and have helped people land roles in startups, nonprofits, consulting, and more.

Can you help with networking and connecting me to professionals

Yes—relationship-building is a core part of my work. I’ve built a professional network of over 20,000 industry contacts across creative and adjacent fields.

When appropriate, and depending on your goals and preparation, I may offer warm introductions on a case-by-case basis as part of our coaching engagement.

A Note on Strategic Advisory Support

In some cases, once a client is clear, confident, and actively navigating real opportunities, my role may naturally expand beyond coaching into strategic advisory support. This can include offering deeper perspective informed by my hiring experience, sense-checking timing or positioning, or thoughtfully advocating when appropriate.

This level of involvement is discretionary, based on readiness and fit, and is never promised. This is discussed within your agreement.

How long does the coaching process take to see results?

Everyone’s starting point is different. Some clients need clarity on direction, while others are actively applying but not getting results.

If you’re committed to the work—treating your job search like a job—you can expect meaningful progress in the first few weeks and tangible results on average within 6 months.

Of course, no one can control the pace of the job market, but with the right support and strategy, we’ll position you to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Do you work with people who are completely new to the workforce or those looking to make a change in their later career?

Absolutely. I love working with early-career professionals, whether you have a clear vision or are still figuring things out. Helping you discover your path and build a roadmap to launch your career is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

I’m equally passionate about supporting mid-career professionals and career changers. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, or simply know there’s more out there for you, I bring deep empathy—and a clear strategy—for navigating what’s next. I’ve lived it, and I’m here to guide you through it.

Do you have insights into the New York job market and hiring trends?

Yes—I have longstanding relationships with hiring managers, creative leaders, and executives across New York and other major markets. I stay in close touch with my network and regularly hear what they’re looking for in candidates, what’s shifting in the market, and how to stand out.

When you work with me, you gain access to two decades of insider perspective on the hiring landscape—plus actionable guidance to help you navigate it with confidence.

Can I work with you and not participate in the Community?

Yes. The Community is an added benefit of your coaching package, but it’s entirely optional. Some clients love the support, accountability, and connection it provides. Others prefer to focus solely on 1:1 or group coaching—and that’s totally okay. You can participate at your own pace, or not at all.

How much are your services?

The truth is, job searching alone can drag on for months, costing you time, confidence, and missed opportunities. That’s why we offer expert support, practical tools, and proven frameworks to help you gain clarity and momentum faster.

We offer a few different ways to work together, depending on your goals and budget:

1:1 Coaching – Highly personalized and tailored to your unique path. Pricing varies depending on the package and length of support.

Programs. I run two programs throughout the year. One for professional and one for early career.
