A Practice-Based Leadership Development Series

The 2026 Leadership Framework is a multi-cycle learning experience designed to help leaders build essential leadership capabilities through reflection, discussion, and real-world practice.

Each cycle focuses on one core leadership trait, supported by a carefully selected book and facilitated group sessions that emphasize both learning and application.

Program Structure

  • Format: 5 learning cycles across the year

  • Cycle Length: 2 months per cycle

  • Sessions per Cycle: 2 live sessions

    • Session 1 – Learn: Guided discussion and reflection on the leadership trait and book

    • Session 2 – Practice: Experiential exercises, coaching practice, and real-world application

  • Session Length: 90 minutes per session

  • Approach: Interactive, reflective, and practice-based (not lecture-driven)
