Small Group Experiences — Limited to 16 people navigating into creative industries for Live Feedback & Support

Graduation shouldn't be a deadline you're afraid of. I'm here to help you use the time you have right now to build a bulletproof foundation. Think of me as your industry 'Insider' with a recruiter’s brain guiding you through the 'what' and 'how' of the creative world before the senior year pressure hits

Hi, I’m Sam. As a former Advertising Recruiter and certified coach, I’ve reviewed thousands of candidates. I know that talent is only half the battle. The other half? Strategy. I built this program to give you the insider insights to land your dream role.

Who This Is For

  • Sophomores & Juniors Building your narrative for internships.

  • Fall Seniors: Getting your foundation set now so your Spring search is a sprint, not a struggle.

🟢 THE JUMPSTART

What we will cover:

Phase 1: The Recruiter Audit - Project You
This is where you learn how hiring actually works. We look at your experiences through a recruiter lens and translate them into strengths, transferable skills, and clear positioning. Then you learn how to articulate what they’ve done using the STAR method, update their résumé and LinkedIn strategically, and begin shaping a cohesive personal narrative.

Phase 2: The Adventure Map - Project Fieldwork
Now that we move outward. This phase focuses on research and targeting, Networking. Students learn how to research companies and roles intentionally, understand the hidden job market, analyze job descriptions like a recruiter, and build a focused target list instead of scrolling endlessly on job boards. This is where clarity turns into direction.

Phase 3: Pathfinding - Project Launch
Finally, we move into execution. Outreach strategy. Informational interviews. Interview preparation. Salary conversations. Managing multiple processes. Structuring time so you don’t burn out through out your senior year.

This phase is about confident action and sustaining your plan and goal

🟡The Bridge: Your Strategic Safety Net

One Program. Ongoing Support.

Once you complete the JumpStart 6-week curriculum you become eligible to be a member of our alumni-only mentorship circle. You don't need to take the "other" class you already have the playbook.

The Bridge is where we stay in the work together for $50/month, providing the live troubleshooting, guest CD sessions, and community support you need until you land.

The Bridge is the year-round mentorship space where we navigate the "in-between" together. It’s a dedicated circle for students and grads who have the foundation and are now doing the work.

What’s inside the Circle:

  • The Monthly Mentorship Circle: A 60-minute live, group coaching session with Sam to troubleshoot your active search. Whether you’re stuck on a cover letter or prepping for a second-round interview, this is where we solve it in real-time.

  • The "Recruiter Lens" Guest Series: Exclusive access to live Q&As with Creative Directors, Agency Recruiters, and Strategists. You’ll hear what they are looking for right now—not what the textbooks say from three years ago.

  • Active Application Support: Real-time feedback on your outreach. We look at what’s working, what isn’t, and how to pivot your strategy based on market feedback.

  • The Peer Network: A curated community of ambitious creatives at your level. Share leads, trade portfolio feedback, and find your "work-besties" before you even start the job.

  • The "Until You Land" Promise: The search doesn’t always end when a 6-week program does. The Bridge stays active all year (including through the summer) so you have expert support until you sign your offer.

  • Internship Roadmap: Dedicated sessions on how to find, apply for, and—most importantly—maximize your summer internship experiences.

  • Your Career Compass was an excellent tool in organizing my thoughts and vision for my future. Through weekly calls with Sam, I was able to not only get a clear vision of my big career goals- but also got a step closer each time with calculated action. • I was struggling to find any work in my field and my dad helped me find Samantha and I could not be more grateful for how much she has helped me and boost my way into getting work. Her process and how to navigate the film industry and make the connections was incredible and not at all how I was doing it before. Because of her I was able to find a mentor who is helping me get on sets and I just got my union paperwork. If anybody was to need someone to help boost their way into the industry, Samantha has got you

  • "I just graduated college and knew what my interests and skills, but I didn’t know how to translate that into a particular role or how to get my foot in the door. Coming from a liberal arts education, my college didn’t have a lot of resources in the advertising world, so I struggled to get advice on how to get started. I had been searching for some entry level position for a few months post-grad and was feeling pretty defeated. I was introduced to Sam and I am now happily in a design role at a PR company."

    —Talia, ‘23
    Hamilton College

  • I spent the summer doing coaching with Sam who was thoughtful, empathetic, and helped me understand myself and my values better. She truly has a talent for coaching and created a safe space for me to work through so many things I was struggling with. I’ll be forever greatful for the experience – Thank you Sam!
