Between our sessions, I'm still with you: reading the note before you send it, talking through the decision, answering the text when doubt shows up. You never have to wait for our next session to ask me something.

COACHING INTENSIVE
One focus, six sessions. Where we start depends on where you are.
If you don't know what you want next, we start with you. What matters to you now? What are you good at? What kind of work and environment would be best for you? You'll leave with a direction.
If you know what you want and it isn't working, we look at how you're trying to get there. How are you telling your story? Who are you reaching out to? Do you understand how hiring really works? We find what's not working and fix it together.

CAREER TRANSFORMATION
For a bigger change, when you want someone with you the whole way through.
What we do with the time depends on you. For some people it's the full arc: figuring out what's next, then building the path to get there. For others it's pure coaching: space to think, the right questions, and someone in your corner while a big decision or a new chapter takes shape.
You can't design where you're going until you're clear on where you actually are. This gives you time to do both properly.

Executive Coaching is built for leaders who already know who they are — they need a thought partner to become stronger in the role they're already in. This isn't about a job search. It's about leadership itself — how you're showing up, the decisions you're facing, the way you lead the people around you. As a certified Leadership and Performance Coach, I work with executives and senior leaders on exactly that: not finding direction, but sharpening it. You don't need to rebuild your mindset from the ground up. What you need is someone in your corner for the decisions that don't have easy answers, the ones you can't fully talk through with your team, your board, or even your closest peers.12 sessions, at your pace
