Hi, I'm Michele, and I'm a creative recruiter. Over the last 25 years I've interviewed a ton of interesting people, guided them on all facets of their job searches, and assessed approximately a hundred million trillion portfolios! I really enjoy it.
Across my career I've I've hired talented creative people at all levels, from junior to exec. As an internal creative recruiter, I've led global hiring + talent advocacy across acclaimed worldwide advertising networks, and within scrappy independent shops. As an external creative recruiter, I've partnered with and learned from all kinds of creative companies - ad agencies; production, content, media and entertainment companies; design studios; client-side, tech-side and start-ups.
Every day, I get to focus on what inspires and drives me the most - people. My professional love is in the development and connectivity of relationships. My greatest joys and successes are in connecting talent to opportunities of mutual benefit and helping to build creative environments of positive, inclusive culture where creative talent flourishes and businesses thrive.

Background
I'm a Jersey Girl! I graduated from University of Maryland (Go Terps) and majored in Journalism with an Advertising concentration, and minored in English. I thought I wanted to be a copywriter when I grew up.... instead, I ended up hiring other creative people to do the job I thought I wanted to do!
