Jen Pao - Head of Brand & Creative Operations

About

Jen has spent the last two decades helping creative teams do their best work. She started on the agency side at places like Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Venables Bell & Partners, then moved in-house to build and scale creative operations at Lyft, MasterClass, and now Chime, where she leads Brand and Creative Operations.

Her focus has always been on the framework and structure behind the work: building the teams, processes, and environment that let creatives actually do their best thinking and make their best work.

That vantage point gives her a practical, grounded view on the parts of a creative career that don't get talked about enough: how agency life really works, what it takes to move in-house, how creative teams and orgs actually get built, and how to keep growing once you're no longer the most junior person in the room.
