YOU ARE A NAVIGATOR
Navigator:
You’ve already taken a bold step—maybe you started a new role, pivoted into a new field, or made a big life move. But now that the adrenaline has worn off, you're adjusting to unfamiliar terrain and wondering how to make this new chapter truly feel like yours. Navigators are not lost—they’re learning to steer differently. This phase is about integration, self-trust, and finding alignment between your strengths and this new space.
What to focus on now:
Reflect before reacting. Instead of rushing to “figure it all out,” give yourself permission to slow down and ask: What feels right? What doesn’t?
Get curious. Try informational interviews or shadowing within your new space to deepen understanding and connection.
Anchor to your values. Let them guide how you want to show up—what you say yes or no to, and what kind of impact you want to have.
Own your growth curve. This chapter isn’t about perfection—it’s about learning, iterating, and expanding your capacity.
