I’m Sam Glatzer.

Before becoming an ICF-certified career coach with an ACC credential, I spent 25 years as a creative recruiter in advertising, marketing, and design.

I placed talent at agencies and companies including Wieden+Kennedy, Droga5, Ogilvy, BBDO, Apple, Google, Lyft, and Brooks Running.

Through thousands of conversations with candidates, hiring managers, creative leaders, recent graduates, career pivoters, and parents, I developed a clear understanding of what is often missing when people try to navigate a career decision or transition.
