Compass was created by Samantha Glatzer, a former recruiter and career coach who has spent more than two decades helping people navigate hiring, career decisions, professional transitions, and the relationships that shape opportunity.

What if the Guide I want costs more than $110? Your included session covers $110 of the cost, you pay the difference at checkout. So a $175 session costs you $65.
Can I combine both sessions to book one expensive Guide? No each included session applies to one booking. Think of it as two separate sessions, not a $220 balance.
Do unused sessions roll over? No, they reset each quarter. This keeps things simple and makes sure you're actually using the support you're paying for.
Is the 10% discount only for Premium members? Yes, it's an added benefit for Premium members
Is Compass only for people actively searching for jobs? No. Compass supports people who are job searching, exploring a transition, building their network, developing professionally, or simply trying to stay prepared for future opportunities.
