For 25 years I was a creative recruiter. I placed people at Wieden+Kennedy, Droga5, Apple and Google and many others. But I could only help the people who fit the brief in front of me. Everyone else, talented and stuck, had nowhere to go.

Compass was created by Samantha Glatzer, a former recruiter and career coach who has spent more than two decades helping people navigate hiring, career decisions, professional transitions, and the relationships that shape opportunity.
Throughout her career, Sam has seen that the strongest opportunities often come from being known, understood, trusted, and remembered.
Compass brings together the coaching, tools, industry relationships, and practical guidance Sam wishes more people had access to throughout their careers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to do a lab or coaching first? No. Most members come from a lab or from 1:1, but you can join any time. There are lots of resources for you to explore and office hours to get support.
I just finished a lab. Is membership included? No, because not everyone wants membership. You can add it on and keep going.
How do Compass Guides work for members? Your first Guide session is on me, up to $110. After that, members save 10% on every Guide booking.
