I am a 32 year veteran of the ad industry. I started as an assistant at an agency in Atlanta, then went to portfolio school (copywriter). After that I went to Portland to work at Wieden + Kennedy. Then 21 years at McKinney, most of them as CCO. I now work at TBC as CCO.

Jonathan used to be a runner and now swims. He likes sneakers and movies. He says he’s “pretty boring,” but he does have a book coming out called The Five Tool Creative Leader.

Background
Jonathan grew up in Arlington, Virginia. He attended the University of Texas, where he majored in Radio-TV-Film. When he was younger, he wanted to be a professional athlete of any kind.
